We believe there is only one true eternally existing God. He is the creator of all things and is all powerful, all knowing, all loving, all wise and perfect in every way. He exist as three persons: The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit.
{Gen. 1:1 , 1 Corinthians 8:6 , Matthew 28:18-20 , 1 John 4:7-10}
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born through the Virgin Mary. He lived a sinless life, performed miracles, shed his blood on the cross to pay the debt for our sins, was buried, resurrected and ascended to the right hand of the Father.
{John 3:16 , Acts 2:38 , Isaiah 7:14 }
We believe that the Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, righteousness and judgment. He draws the unredeemed to repentance and faith and at salvation imparts new spiritual life to the believer bringing that person into union with Christ.
{1 Corinthians 6:19 , Acts 2:38 , Romans 8:26 }
We believe that the Church was created with the mission to spread the Gospel to the entire world.Where we can join together and worship the one True God and reach non believers so that they may join the family of Christ with us.
{Acts 20:28, Colossians 3:16}
We believe the Bible to be the holy scriptures which were authored by men who witnessed the glory of God and inspired by the Holy Spirit. At the center point of the Bible is the life, death and resurrection of our savior, Jesus Christ. The Apostle Peter himself said of Jesus, "...we were eyewitneesses of his majesty." (2 Peter 1:16) While the Old testament points forward to the coming of Christ, the New Testament points to God's ultimate act of love at the cross, and to teh future of the church as well as Christ's return. All sixty-six books of the Bible whether narrative, history, poetry, Gospels, or letters are "... breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may by complete, equipped for every good work" (2 Timothy 3:16-17).
See {John 20:30-31; 2 Timothy 3:14-17; Hebrews 1:1-2; 2 Peter 1:16-21}
Salvation has been God's plan since the beginning to redeem His people to Himself through the perfect blood of Jesus Christ, shed for every person (past, present, and future) on the cross. This plan is shown throughout the entirety of scripture, from the fall of the man in Genesis, through the crucifixion and resurrection in the Gospels, and into the future of Christ's return in Revelation. The believer is saved by repenting (truly confessing) of their sins before God and trusting in the truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We know that Christ is surely able to "...save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through him, since he always lives to make intercession for them" (Hebrews 7:25)
See (Genesis 3:15, Isaiah 53:5-6; John 3:16-21; John 3:36; Ephesians 1:7; Philippians 2:10-11; Hebrews 7:25}
Just as Christ commands in the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20), we believe in baptizing believers by immersion in water, in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Even Jesus was baptized in water, and the believer is called to be obedient to this. For us, baptism is a membership practice and is a public demonstration of Paul's reminder that we buried with Christ in death and raised to walk in newness of life (Romans 6:3-5)
See {Matthew 28:18-20; Luke 3:16; 3:21-22; Acts 2:37-38, 8:34-39; Romans 6:3-5}
Sin is disobedience to God and His will which seperates us from His holiness. This disobedience was first seeen in the Garden of Eden, when Adam and Eve gave into temptation from Satan, and disobeyed God's commandment. We know from scripture that "... all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23). However, sin is not something that the believer just gives into to, but rather seeks to wage war against since Christ has set the believer free from sin and given them the ability to walk in life with God. (Romans 6:11-14)
See (Isaiah 64:6; Romans 3:23, 6:11-14, 6:22-23; Galatians 5:16; Hebrews 10:26-27; James 4:17)
